As CDC guidelines evolve and for all our health and safety, our summer camp meets and exceeds all national and local health and safety regulations. Therefore, we are adjusting our operating procedures based on the recommendations and follow day-by-day the evolution of the recommendations. 

Summer Camps in PA and SC

​We welcome all summer campers from age 5 to 12 in our West Chester, Chadds Ford, Kennett Square, Avondale, and Chapin locations. We offer different camp experiences for age-appropriate learning and activities. Our summer camps focus on different age groups to learn and make new friends.

We have a new theme every week and offer opportunities for children to engage in fun activities like sports, arts and crafts, water games, hikes, access to our playgrounds, and most importantly, develop interpersonal skills while having fun.

Summer Camp Hours

Our summer camp hours start between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Earlier drop-off and pick-up times are available on demand. If you are interested in earlier and later drop-off and pick-up times, Willowdale Children’s Academy offers before and after school hours. Contact us to learn more about our operation hours.​

The summer camp season is ten weeks in total, with flexible enrollment options for 2 to 5 days a week. We also offer full-time or part-time tuitions.

Lunch and Snacks

During our summer camp, parents prepare lunch, two snacks, and water. Please be aware that we are a nut-free facility. Once per week, parents can purchase lunch. We propose pizza or chicken fingers and fries on specific days of the week. ​
